The quote button is the last one on the row of buttons (2 to the right of the youtube button)
Or i just type [ quote] blah [ /quote] (with out the space inbetween the bracket and quote)

Web: Regarding your reruitment post, in general I think it suits really good. But I think it needs some fine tuning. For example in the beginning you claim that WPC is made up by a group of mature people, wich I think is true, but at the end for example, you start putting in words I dont think belongs to a recruitment text. Gaysih for example. Remember that first impression lasts ;). If you I can give you a hand.
